Creole Nature Trail

Located halfway between New Orleans and Houston off I-10, the Creole Nature Trail is an ever-changing scenic road, awaiting tourists and drivers in South West Louisiana. Full of history (where French explorers created colonial Louisiana as well as the emergence of the Creole culture), Creole Nature Trail is a 180 mile scenic tour that has plenty of sites for birding, fishing and hunting; moreover, this All-American Road is home to over 25 miles of Louisiana beaches, and year-round festivals like the infamous Mardi-Gras. So make an adventure of driving the Creole Nature Trail, one of 20 All-American Roads in the United States.
