Tampa Bay Performing Arts Center
The Tampa Bay Performing Arts Center hosts a dazzling variety of performances, ranging from touring Broadway plays and musicals to dance shows to concerts and special events. Well-known performers who have entertained audiences at the Tampa Bay Performing Arts Center include Enrique Iglesias, Jerry Seinfeld, Jon Stewart, Jewel and David Copperfield. At 300,000 square feet, the Tampa Bay Performing Arts Center lays claim to being the Southeast's largest performing arts complex. The Center houses four theaters: the 2,552-seat Carol Morsani Hall, the "centerpiece" of the complex; the 1,042-seat Louise Lykes Ferguson Hall; the 292-seat Jaeb Theater; and the 130-seat Hinks and Elaine Shimberg Playhouse. The Rehearsal Hall is also used for performances.
Theatre goers may enjoy dining at the Tampa Bay Performing Arts Center before or after the show. Maestro's Restaurant serves dinner for Broadway shows, operas and certain other performances, while the Center Stage Café generally opens for performances in the Carol Morsani Hall. Before heading home, visitors to Tampa Bay Performing Arts Center may pick up theatre-related merchandise at the CenterStore or any of the three other retail shops within the Center.
The Tampa Bay Performing Arts Center is located along the Hillsborough River in downtown Tampa. The Center opened in 1987 and is owned by the City of Tampa.

Tampa Bay Performing Arts Admission
Ticket prices vary. Half-price tickets are sometimes offered on the day of the performance to students and seniors (age 65 and up). AAA discounts and group discounts may also be available. No discounts are offered when purchasing tickets online or through Ticketmaster. Subscriptions are available for the Broadway Series, the Homes by Helen Opera Series, the Play Series, the Kid Time Series and the Wee Folk Series.
